Hannah & Rob – Wedding at Hacienda San José, Mijas

The morning of 23 August 2025 at Hacienda San José was all family. Black pyjamas and fans for the bridesmaids, a baby on the bed, groomsmen in beige suits toasting across the courtyard, and the father of the bride at the doorway, seeing her in her veil for the first time.

They married in the garden under a wooden arch dressed with flowers, with the mountains behind them and petals in the air on the way back up the aisle. The group photo needed the whole lawn.

For portraits we walked the cypress avenue, the golden meadow below the white tower and a quiet road into the hills as the sun went down. The tower loggia, with the valley framed in its two arches, gave us the last frames of the day.

After dark the courtyard turned blue, the speeches got loud and the champagne tower was poured to cheers. The night ended on the dance floor, with glow sticks, lasers and the bride singing from a balcony.
